Проте, аналізуючи заяви Міністерства фінансів України, значних змін у цьому напрямку найближчим часом не буде.
Як зазначив фахівець, українські єврооблігації стабілізувалися на ринку та навіть дещо подорожчали в ціні. Спостерігається заспокоєння на ринку, що дозволила відстрочка платежів за суверенними єврооблігаціями. Таке явище змусило інвесторів зайняти вичікувальну позицію.
Якщо з початку війни було введено обмеження на проведення операцій на капітальних ринках, то, починаючи з 8 серпня, практично всі вони були зняті.
На аукціоні 16 серпня Міністерством фінансів розміщено “військові облігації” лише на 71,5 млн. гривень, при цьому ставки не змінилися. Максимально прибутковість становить 16%, облікова ставка Нацбанку — 25%, очікувана інфляція — 30%.
