Що таке кешбек
В перекладі з англійської кеш-гроші та бек- назад, тобто дослівно це повернення грошей.
Сам процес повернення відбувається наступним чином:
- покупець оплачує товар або послугу, можуть бути якісь інші умови;
- відбувається фіксування оплати та її перевірка;
- якщо умови повернення виконані в повному обсязі, то клієнт отримує обіцяні кошти.
Таким чином, кешбек є формою знижки, вона надається шляхом повернення певної частини коштів клієнту за здійснення покупки, але безпосередньо вже після здійснення оплати.
Існує й інше поняття — рібейт. Воно означає майже те ж саме, що і кешбек, але застосовується у випадку придбання великих обсягів товарів чи послуг. Застосування більш характерне для торговельних операцій у великих масштабах. Таке поняття зустрічаються на Форекс.
Є операції, на які кешбек не нараховується в принципі
Навіть якщо банк заявляє, що платить кешбек за всіма витратами, здійсненими за допомогою картки, є операції, на які це не поширюється. До них належать:
- погашення кредитів і будь-які операції на користь фінансових і кредитних організацій;
- купівля дорожніх чеків, облігацій, банківських металів;
- оплата банківських комісій.
- зняття готівкових коштів у банкоматах;
- Р2Р переказ з картки на картку;
- оплата лотерей, азартних ігор, казино;
- поповнення різних «електронних гаманців»;

У разі повернення покупки, на яку був нарахований кешбек, його суму також буде списано. Варто додати, що при процесі виведення кешбеку на банківську картку буде виведено суму з урахуванням податків.
